Position Overview

As a Weekend CDL Shuttle Operator , you'll be responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes during overnight hours. You'll serve as a key member of our transportation team by ensuring passengers reach their destinations safely, comfortably, and on time.

This role is ideal for drivers seeking a straightforward route structure, dependable hours, and the opportunity to work independently while representing a respected transportation provider.

Key Responsibilities of a Weekend CDL Shuttle Driver:

Safe Passenger Transportation

• Operate CDL passenger vehicles safely and professionally.
• Transport passengers according to established routes and schedules.
• Ensure all passengers are transported in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Assist passengers as needed while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Route & Schedule Management

• Adhere to assigned schedules and designated pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Monitor route conditions and communicate delays or issues when necessary.
• Maintain punctuality and service reliability throughout each shift.
• Follow all traffic laws and company operating procedures.

Vehicle Care & Inspections

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or equipment deficiencies promptly.
• Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for service.
• Maintain accurate inspection and operational records.

Customer Service Excellence

• Provide friendly, professional service to every passenger.
• Handle passenger questions and concerns professionally.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment for riders.
• Represent zTrip with professionalism at all times.

What We're Looking for as a Weekend CDL Shuttle Driver:

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B License or Higher.
• Passenger (P) Endorsement Required.
• Excellent driving record and strong safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous experience in shuttle, transit, bus, or passenger transportation is preferred but not required.
