Tom Wood Toyota | Indianapolis, IN Flat Rate: $22 – $40/hr + Consistent Hours If you’re turning 40 hours but only getting paid for 25… If dispatch makes no sense… If you’re buried in warranty work… You’re in the wrong shop. You show up ready to work → we make sure you can produce Pay & Schedule

• Flat Rate: $22 – $40/hr (based on experience)
• Consistent workflow = consistent paycheck
• Monday–Friday 8–5
• Rotating Saturdays (8–4)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles and used inventory
• Handle maintenance, repairs, and inspections efficiently
• Work alongside advisors to properly identify and complete needed work
• Focus on Fix It Right the First Time

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive technician experience (any level welcome)
• Strong work ethic — someone who wants to turn hours and make money
• Toyota or ASE certifications are a plus, not required
• Team player who takes pride in their work
