Joseph Airport Toyota is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our high-volume service department!

Toyota experience is preferred, but it is NOT required. Experienced dealership technicians from other manufacturers are encouraged to apply.
Pay & Sign-On Bonus
- $36–$38 per flat-rate hour, based on experience, certifications, and ASEs
- $100,000+ earning potential for productive technicians
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- $2,500 paid after 6 months
- $2,500 paid after 1 year

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform maintenance and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC, electrical systems, and other vehicle systems
- Use factory scan tools and diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Perform multi-point inspections and identify recommended repairs
- Accurately document repairs, findings, and recommendations
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status and repair recommendations
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Continue developing your technical skills through manufacturer training and certification programs
What We’re Looking For
- Previous professional experience as an Automotive Technician, Automotive Service Technician, Toyota Technician, or dealership technician
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to diagnose electrical and drivability concerns
- Toyota experience and certifications are preferred, but not required
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Dealership experience preferred
- Hybrid vehicle experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
