As an early career hire, you'll join our
Early Career Foundation (ECF) program , building business, commercial, and leadership capabilities through a variety of developmental assignments during your first several years. predominantly located at our corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas , with select opportunities across our manufacturing, refining, chemicals, and commercial operations sites, including:

Compensation Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, field of study, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.
Illinois Equal Pay Act Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $150,000 base salary ($/year).
